Class Information Menu and Pages Added

The club has been sponsoring many class initiatives, so a page for each type of class has been created, that is Members, Public, and Veterans Administration.
For now, these three pages are under construction.
The Public Classes has instructor information documents.
The "Toy Recipients" page has been moved to under the "About The Woodchucks" menu
