A story board and video is now available to help members with logging in as a member.
Tom Doud and I have been helping members with login issues. This fact prompted us to find some visual aids.
The Story Board is a pdf file that opens immediately and displays a seven step process with photos to explain how to login if you forgot your user name and/or password.
The Video demonstrates these seven steps in a recording that opens as a youTube video.
Both contain additional tips about the login process.

This has a been a learning experience as we prepare to use videos more in the website.
The recording was done live in front of a PC. The editing process revealed how best to do this process in the future. Start with a story board, do short recording clips, use a quality video editing software (Free OpenShot), merge the clips, use overlays like title and captions. Use a video service like youTube so that the videos can be displayed directly without the need for video players. This video shows directly on a smart phone.
