This Monday class at 6:15 pm is designed to explore the digital tools, software, and machines for woodworking.

At 9am on Wednesday at a carving studio in Reno, members choose their own project from available patterns and cutouts, and carve until noon. Logged-in MEMBERS can click on VIEW for more details.

This group meets at 10:00AM on Thursday to assist members in converting designs to the digital router (CNC router) in the shop until noon. Logged-in MEMBERS can click on VIEW for more details. Non-members select Lathe SIG under the Special Interest Groups Menu and learn more.

Beginning at 10qm, the ELVES in the shop are hard at work making toys for undeserved children- come join them and lend a hand. They bring a lunch and work until 1pm.

Scrollers meet 2pm on Wednesday. Registration required to reserve a scroll saw. Although their are specific project at each meeting, generally members meet to show and tell about their projects, learn from others, and engage in common projects using a fully equipped shop with multiple Scroll Saws and dozens of project patterns. Non-members are always invited to attend a meeting and audit the group.

Members attend to socialize, hear the latest from the club‘s leaders, experience a program, join a raffle, some light refreshments.

Every 3rd & 4th Wednesday of the month, from 6:30pm to 9:00pm, woodturners meet in the shop to talk about their projects, learn from others, and engage in common projects using one of the club lathes.
The May program, Wednesday 05/17 & 05/24, will be a Thumb Top and/or a Spaceship. Turn one for TOYS & one to take home. This is basic spindle work so, come try the new lathes and new carbide tools!
For Show & Tell, please bring your latest turnings, tools, or jigs for all to enjoy.
